We've been getting fit and fab for the launch of our new website! But now we need some downtime in preparation for our big makeover. On Saturday the bellabox website will be unavailable, but on Sunday we'll be back with a whole new look!

You might have heard a few whispers over the past few weeks, but it’s now official – this weekend the new bellabox website is launching online!

This means that on Saturday August 30th our website will be unavailable while we prepare to launch our new site. We’ll be back better than ever on Sunday with a whole new look.

Our old website was built three and a half years ago. In fashion years, that is an eternity ago! We knew it was time for a makeover, and we also wanted to create a better bellabox experience for you.

The bb team has been hard at work for the past six months building this new website, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you. We listened to all of your feedback, and we have created a website that makes your experience as a customer even better as well as improving the overall bellabox service. Our shop has been revamped, and our bellabox members will find it even easier to manage their box every month.

We have a brand new and improved beauty profile featuring questions that are more fun and relevant to your preferences. We have really worked on the way we allocate products for your bellabox each month, and it is now based on a combination of your beauty profile and your feedback each month. Having a complete beauty profile will make it easier for us to put amazing products in your bellabox.
We’ve made it even simpler to fill in your feedback each month. This is so important, because it lets us know whether you like what you’ve been receiving. While we love reading your comments on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, it can be hard to match up those comments with your account. So for a better bellabox experience make sure you fill in your feedback every month.

You can now manage your subscription yourself without needing to contact our customer service team. This means you can check on any payment issues, change your details if your credit card has expired, and have more control over your account. We have also improved the dashboard so you can better track your box shipments and shop orders. This is a big change and one that we hope you enjoy!
